Hello All,

Here are some synthetic bags i printed with permaset supercover.

The ink was very tricky to heat set. I am using a conveyor dryer with low heat and slow belt speed.

Out of all of the things i have printed supercover on these gave me the most trouble.

I think it is because of the small length drier i am using but any suggestions would be helpful.

Hey Erik,

For synthetic bags, there are a couple things you could try. I know Whitney Teska from Orchard Street Press in Milwaukee had some good success printing a mix of Supercover + Permaprint Premium onto synthetic BAGGU Bags. Mixing the inks dropped the necessary cure temp + time. I still have a few of these bags going on 4 years - they’ve shown excellent rub resistance holding up to heavy use.
