Screen meshes of 83-305 tpi are suitable for most Permaset Premium applications. Commercially, Permaprint Premium is used with mesh counts from 83 tpi for high lay down hand printed wallpaper and art reproduction, to 305 tpi for printing stickers, posters, etc, where more detail is required. Mesh from 195-255 tpi is best for general purpose work.
(If you’re using multifilament mesh, consider changing to monofilament; multifilament is MUCH worse for drying-in)
